The design ideas and plans will then be suggested. We will also review the challenges with the space, and put together a custom design plan and presentation. The plan will take into consideration of every aspect of your lifestyle, such as whether you have small children, or is a busy corporate executive.

Construction will be implemented once the elements of design plan is approved. We will schedule a walk with our crew to go over the details and schedule a followup meeting with you to review the cost for the design. Once the budget is approved, we will do all the leg work and manage the entire process.

we can help you decide on the fabric, furnitures or appliances to invest in, so you don’t have to run around show rooms to look for the perfect piece. We will conduct a detail assessment of your space and take required measurements and photos and provide you with a complete plan!
We will have a 60 minutes follow up where you will be presented with the furniture floor plan for the room, elevation drawings, images of all selected items, designer fabric samples, wall coverings samples, and print samples.

We provide guidance in the decisions of what to keep, what to re-purpose and what to donate before starting a room make over or design. You will have a clear direction of what steps need to be followed to create a cohesive design based on existing pieces or treasured heirlooms. At the end, a resource list, colour palates will also be given to guide you along. What you can is expect is as follows:
